Your team

  • Sarah Threapleton

After a long career in marketing, I took voluntary redundancy and whilst looking for new challenges, my attention was caught by a recruitment ad for I was really impressed by the company ethos and excited by the prospect of helping the next generation learn such a vital skill. Being a rep means I can utilise my existing marketing & business skills and also learn new ones, so it’s a win-win!

  • Keeta Adams

After making some career changes I decided to train as a teaching assistant. I became a home educator to my youngest son and wanted to work flexibly. Mama Codes offered me the opportunity to utilise my skills and work with a diverse group of children. Computer literacy is such an important key skill. Coding is so accessible, builds numeracy, literacy and is lots of fun. In my spare time, I like to work on interior design projects with my family and travel.

  • Kara Besim

I joined the team just over a year ago as a Rep for the Streatham & Balham area. I was looking for flexible work that I could fit around my young family, while learning new skills. With I have introduced almost 100 children to the language of code and it has been extremely rewarding.

It has become apparent that the digital skills taught by will set all children up to have bright and fulfilling futures.

As well as my role as a Rep, I am also a key part of the marketing team, managing their social media presence and event management for the classes which are held in Chiswick, Greenwich and Islington!
